Menu prepared by our chef Héctor Ribeiro where the best Japanese gastronomy is fused with the bar show.
This menu consists of 8 appetizers, 11 pieces of sushi and 2 desserts, where the diner can interact directly with the Chef.
As its name suggests, the composition of the menu is left to the chef based on the products from the market and the seasons.

Available from Wednesday to Saturday midday and night. Monday and Tuesday only available at night. Only available to the bar.
